Terminal Pong Set(s)
A terminal pong set pairs a triplet of 1s with a triplet of 9s in the same suit, scoring 3 points; two such sets score a flat 15. Terminals sit at the hard edges of a suit, so locking down both ends in pongs is rewarded above an ordinary triplet.
A worked example
111 + 999 of the same suit = 3 pts. Two sets = 15 pts.
111 bamboo + 999 bamboo = terminal pong set (3 pts).
