Brothers
Brothers rewards repeating the exact same sequence in one suit. Two identical sequences — for example two 7-8-9 of bamboo — score 5 points, three score 15, and four score 30. It is the same-suit counterpart to Sisters, which instead repeats one sequence across different suits.
A worked example
2 identical sheungs (same suit, same values). 5 pts for a pair, 15 for triple, 30 for quad.
Two 7-8-9 bamboo sheungs = brothers (5 pts).
