13 Orphans 十三幺
Thirteen Orphans scores 90 points for collecting one of every terminal and honour — the 1 and 9 of all three suits, all four winds, and all three dragons — plus one duplicate to form the pair. It cannot be parsed into ordinary melds and is scored as a special hand in its own right.
