No Flower & No Honour
No Flowers / No Honours scores a flat 5 points when your winning hand has neither flower tiles nor any wind or dragon. It replaces the two separate 1-point bonuses rather than adding to them, rewarding a fully suited, flower-free hand built only from bamboo, character, and circle tiles.
A worked example
No flowers AND no wind/dragon tiles. 5 points. Subsumes both noFlowers and noHonours.
Zero flowers + zero honours = 5 pts flat (covers both individual bonuses).
