Big 3 Winds
Big Three Winds scores 30 points for triplets of three different wind tiles — for example East, South, and West — with the eyes formed by a numbered tile. Promoting the pair to the fourth wind instead upgrades the hand to the larger Little Four Winds.

3 wind pongs (pair is NOT a wind). 30 points.
3 wind pongs (East/South/West) with a non-wind pair = Big 3 Winds (30 pts). A wind pair would promote it to Little 4 Winds.
